Usher is paying homage to his late grandmother.
The music artist shared a touching tribute in honor of his grandma Tina, who, in response to Leisure Tonight, died at age 87 on Dec. 24.
“It is taken me a number of days to return to grips with the truth that my Grandma Tina is not with me,” Usher wrote on Instagram Dec. 26. “I am praying for readability and power for all whom relied on her.”
As for the way Usher is personally coping along with her passing, he famous, “I really feel a bit misplaced proper now.”
“A part of me is attempting to be sturdy, for others,” he wrote. “The opposite half of me continues to interrupt silently. We had been simply laughing days in the past … I actually thought we had extra time.”
Usher paired the message with a number of pictures of himself and Tina smiling collectively.
Recalling their remaining dialog, Usher shared within the caption that she lent him a lesson on timing: “Her final phrases to me had been, ‘There is a time for every little thing son …there is a time to chortle, a time to cry…there is a time to reside and a time to die.'”
