Gina Rodriguez is returning to the small display screen and making pals with ghosts. The “Jane the Virgin” breakout is enjoying one other character going via some severe drama in “Not Lifeless But,” an upcoming ABC comedy from “This Is Us” alumni Casey Johnson and David Windsor. A newly launched trailer introduces us to Nell (Rodriguez), a journalist who “threw away a promising profession to maneuver to London for a person,” as she explains it.

Nell finally returns stateside broke and single.
