Marriage ceremony bells are in Robin Roberts‘ future.

The Good Morning America anchor revealed on Jan. 2 that she and longtime associate Amber Laign plan to get married in 2023.

“I am hesitating as a result of I have not stated it out loud but—I am saying sure to marriage,” Roberts instructed motivational speaker Gabby Bernstein in a video that she posted on her Instagram. “We’re getting married this yr.”

“It was one thing we had talked about however we had put it off, she grew to become ailing,” Roberts continued, referencing Laign’s battle with breast most cancers. “It’s saying sure to that, and that subsequent chapter.”
