Earlier within the week, Hit-Boy revealed that the beat for A$AP Rocky‘s “1 Prepare” wasn’t initially meant for the Harlem musician.

“First individual I despatched this beat to was Drake,” Hit-Boy tweeted. “He stated he already had a joint on his album with an analogous sound so on the finish of my session with [A$AP] Rocky for ‘Goldie’ I performed ‘1 Prepare’ instrumental and he took it and made it what it’s.” 

That tune with the “comparable sound?” “Mild Up” with Jay-Z on 2010’s Thank Me Later.

In the meantime, Hit-Boy — who appears to be bringing again the Surf Membership crew — related with Offset for one more single, “2 Dwell.”
