An upcoming Hulu restricted sequence will revisit the tragic homicide of Reena Virk, a teenager who was overwhelmed and drowned by bullies in a small Canadian city. In response to Deadline, the streamer has greenlit a TV adaptation of Rebecca Godfrey’s novelistic account of the 1997 homicide case, “Underneath the Bridge.” Geeta Vasant Patel (“Home of the Dragon”) will direct the eight-episode sequence of the identical identify.
